摘要

古代及当代医家认为糖尿病肾病病因病机与热邪密切相关。王耀献教授结合当代生活方式的特点及多年临床经验,提出糖尿病肾病以"内热致癥"为病机,同时以清热消癥为治疗大法,并根据内热致癥过程中癥瘕不同形态特点,强调糖尿病肾病分期论治,糖尿病肾病早期透热消癥,中期清热消癥,晚期化浊（热）消癥。
