摘要

慢性肾衰竭常发生于慢性肾脏疾病晚期,病机复杂,治疗困难,预后较差。其证候特点常为寒热错杂,虚实并见。赵进喜教授从事慢性肾病学术研究多年,学验俱丰,疗效显著。其临床治疗慢性肾衰竭常应用寒温并用治法,包括解表清里、辛开苦降、清上温下、和解少阳、滋阴助阳等。
