摘要

炎症性肠病（IBD）是一组慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,主要包括溃疡性结肠炎（UC）和克罗恩病（CD）,目前西医治疗存在并发症多、易复发的问题,中医药治疗展现其独特优势。从IBD的中医辨治、中医药疗效及治疗机制3个方面进行归纳及总结。IBD发病基础为正气不足、脾肾虚弱;中医药治疗分为解伏毒利湿,调气血,注重脾、肝、肾调理,同时可维持肠道菌群稳态,减轻炎症反应;中医药治疗IBD作用机制主要为维持以T细胞17（Th17）/调节性T细胞（Treg）为主的免疫微环境平衡和炎症介质的分泌调节。
