三因制宜是中医临床治疗疾病的法则。本次新型冠状病毒肺炎因南北地域不同、气候差别、人体体质各异,北方地区感受疫毒之邪病因病机与湖北武汉有所区别。北方地域气候、生活习性、饮食习惯易致体内郁热,病邪具有"郁、湿、热、毒"特点,易伤阴从热化。临床防治应扶正祛邪、三因制宜,才能取得良好的临床治疗效果。
