原发性三叉神经痛属于难治性痛症,王麟鹏教授强调针刺治疗本病以远治、分季节论治为要,即选穴以四肢为主,并顺应四时阴阳消长为治疗思路。在春夏季节,配合阳经腧穴足三里、阳陵泉助阳升发;秋冬季节,配合阴经腧穴太溪、照海、三阴交滋阴养血,临床疗效显著。
