摘要

目的探索社区原发性高血压患者中医证型分布情况及其相关因素。方法对来源于北京市3个社区的原发性高血压患者,根据中医证素特征进行辨证分型,观察中医证型分布情况,并进一步分析证型分布与年龄、性别、饮酒、合并心肌梗死的关系。结果共纳入符合条件的原发性高血压患者1 069例,中医证型分布为痰湿壅盛证446例（41.7%）、阴虚阳亢证237例（22.2%）、肝火亢盛证197例（18.4%）、阴阳两虚证189例（17.7%）。不同性别、年龄及是否饮酒、合并心肌梗死的原发性高血压患者中医证型分布存在差异（P<0.05）。结论社区原发性高血压患者的中医证型以痰湿壅盛证为主,性别、年龄、饮酒及合并疾病等因素对其中医证型的分布存在一定影响。
