摘要

目的观察头部腧穴针刺治疗卒中后中枢性疼痛（CPSP）的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月—2018年12月北京中西医结合医院针灸科和脑病科收治的CPSP患者138例,随机分为针刺组和药物组,剔除脱落患者,最终针刺组和药物组分别为67例和62例。针刺组给予头部腧穴针刺,每周5次,药物组给予每天口服阿米替林,25 mg/次,2次/日,均治疗4周。对比2组疗效及治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）、简明McGill疼痛问卷评分、SF-36生活质量评分。结果针刺组总有效率高于药物组（P<0.05）。治疗后2组VAS评分、疼痛评级指数（PRI）感觉项、PRI情感项、PRI总分、现在疼痛状况（PPI）均较治疗前降低（P<0.05）,且针刺组低于药物组（P<0.05）。2组SF-36生活质量评分均较治疗前升高,针刺组效果优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论头部腧穴针刺能够有效缓解CPSP患者的症状,提高其生活质量。
