摘要

贾立群教授在临床和科研实践中建立了中医临床舌象数据库,基于舌诊临床数据,结合中医理论对舌痛进行中医的辨证与分析。提出舌痛一症中医属络病范畴,病性属热,并以虚实为纲,重点论述舌痛的津亏络损、火热灼络、瘀血阻络3种病机,并针对病机给出以沙参麦冬汤和凉膈散为主的内服方、及自拟"舌痛含漱液"（红花、紫草、桂枝、白芷、麦冬）外治的治疗方法。
