摘要

慢性尿酸性肾病起病隐匿,临床表现常不突出,早期亦无肾损害相关实验室指标变化,难以引起重视,易错失最佳治疗时机,最终导致尿毒症,需进行肾脏替代治疗,严重影响患者生活质量。王暴魁教授认为慢性尿酸性肾病以肾气阴两虚,湿浊痰瘀痹阻肾络为主要病机,强调风邪在本病中的重要性;治疗上以补气养阴为主,兼以祛湿化痰、活血通络,祛风贯穿始终;主张分期论治,急性加重期以邪盛正虚为主,从痰热湿瘀夹风论治,兼以固本;稳定期以正虚邪恋为主,从气阴两虚论治,兼以祛邪。
