摘要

目的探讨中药口腔护理集束化措施在机械通气患者中的应用。方法纳入2015年12月—2019年3月ICU住院接受机械通气治疗的患者59例,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组31例接受常规口腔护理,观察组28例采取中药口腔护理集束化护理措施,分析2组患者口腔情况及机械通气相关肺炎（VAP）的发生率。结果观察组患者口腔破溃出血及VAP发生率分别为7.14%、0,均低于对照组的29.03%、16.13%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论中药口腔护理集束化措施能够有效降低应用机械通气患者口腔破溃出血的发生率,预防VAP的发生。
