摘要

目的探讨中药（包括中药注射液、中药饮片及中成药）相关性肝损伤不良反应病例的患者基本情况、用药情况、药物成分及归经情况和对发生不良反应的影响,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法检索北京市药品不良反应中心数据库,对2015—2017年中药相关性肝损伤不良反应病例报告进行统计分析。结果共检索到中药相关性肝损伤不良反应病例101例;共涵盖中药102种,有明确肝毒性成分的药物79个;联合用药导致肝毒性叠加的57例等。结论临床应加强中药不良反应监测,严格按照说明书规定用药,以降低不良反应发生风险。
