摘要

肿瘤是体质因素加外感、内伤多种病因所致,在正虚基础上,脏腑阴阳气血功能失调,邪毒搏结积聚,逐步形成癥积的一类病证。辨病论治是逻辑思维、合取概念、归纳推理在中医临床思维中的具体体现,是肿瘤防治中重要的临床思维方法之一。在临证中具体包括辨病机、辨病分型、辨病分期、辨病辨方证,和病分类证、证分藏象阴阳思维等具体临床思维方法。肿瘤辨病论治临床思维方法经过长期历史实践形成了鲜明的中医特色和丰富的中医内涵,但需要综合、汇通其他临床思维方法综合运用于临床肿瘤防治。
