摘要

"阳化气,阴成形"为人体生理活动的机制,阳气为人体运转之动力。阳气不足,致"阳化气"减弱,"阴成形"太过,为恶性肿瘤发生发展的核心机制。手术、放化疗、靶向药物治疗为"治已病"之法,虽可消除有形之病灶,但无形之病理产物尚存,加之其性攻伐,损耗人体之阳气,导致机体阳气亏虚明显,肿瘤易复发转移。故在恶性肿瘤防治过程中需采用"先安未受邪之地"之法,护机体之阳。癌前病变阶段,先安未受邪之肾阳,截断病势,防癌变;治疗阶段,先安治疗方式或药物将损之处,顾护阳气,减轻不良反应,协助药力,消已成形之阴结;康复阶段,寻阳气薄弱之处以先安,扶阳祛邪,阻断传舍,防阴复形。
