摘要

柴胡桂枝干姜汤为《伤寒论》柴胡类方剂之一,其临床应用广泛,可治疗呼吸、消化、神经、泌尿、妇科等系统疾病,但在肿瘤方面的应用少见报道。胡凯文教授擅用经方治疗恶性肿瘤,形成了独特的辨证施治思路。胡教授认为,恶性肿瘤患者久病体虚,正气虚损、气机紊乱、寒热错杂、上热下寒是疾病发展的关键;治疗上当整体辨证与局部辨证相兼顾,攻邪与扶正相配合,辨证论治与辨病论治相结合,在厥阴病寒热错杂证的临证治疗上,疏解少阳、清上温下为其治疗总则;用药以柴胡桂枝干姜汤为基础方,秉承"尊其义不守其方,宗其法不泥于药"之原则,随症加减。
