摘要

肿瘤的病位广泛、内伤病因、正气内虚病机、扶正培本治则,甚至"大毒治病,十去其六"的用药经验都与脾胃藏象学说密切相关。正气内虚、脏腑经络失和是肿瘤的发病基础,中焦脾胃运化无源、升降失权、燥湿相抟是产生火、痰、瘀、浊、毒等致病邪气的关键病机。本文探讨了脾胃藏象学说与肿瘤的病因、病机、治则,并对脾主运化与健脾和胃消积法,脾主运化与健脾利水化痰法,脾主升清、胃主通降与升清降浊、调畅气机法,脾主统血与益气摄血法,脾在体合肉与补虚劳法,胃主受纳与醒脾开胃法,营出于中焦与健脾益气养血法,胃喜润恶燥与滋阴清热法,内生阴火与甘温除热法等内涵进行了阐述。
