摘要

程海英教授是国医大师贺普仁的学术传承人,其将贺老的三通理念和自身多年的临床经验相融合,形成了以多种针刺方法相结合且行之有效的"以针治咳"之法。程教授认为,毫针作为针灸治疗咳嗽的最基础针刺疗法,应贯穿于治疗始终;对于久病体虚的内伤咳嗽,或辨证属阳虚证或肺肾两虚证患者,常加用火针治疗;对于病程迁延的喘病、哮病患者可选用水针疗法;对于顽固性咳嗽或伴有鼻咽部症状患者常采用皮内针治疗。从程师对咳嗽病因病机的认识、对针刺方法的选择及临床疗效等方面进行整理,归纳总结出程教授应用多种针法治疗不同证型咳嗽的经验。
