摘要

"调枢通胃"是作者所在团队在脾胃学说基础上结合现代医学研究新进展提出的中医理论,用于指导脾胃疾病的临床治疗。"调枢通胃"即通过调脏腑之枢脾胃、神明之枢脑以条达脾胃之气,达到治疗脾胃疾病目的。脾胃为后天之本,和五脏六腑密切联系,"调枢通胃"突出了整体观念的中医理论内涵,团队基于此理论,采用针刺法治疗脾胃疾病,临床取得良效。针刺方式多样,治疗脾胃疾病机制复杂,法随证立、针随法出,充分体现了中医诊治整体观念。
