摘要

小柴胡汤作为和解剂在临床中使用广泛,但仍有较多有关小柴胡汤争议问题需要明确。通过对比各医家的理解认识,结合小柴胡汤的临床应用体会,就小柴胡汤应用的5个问题提出观点:柴胡、黄芩相配,人参、半夏相配,更符合小柴胡汤的治疗特点;小柴胡汤去滓再煎的目的在于浓缩药液,便于服用,兼有减毒之效;半表半里的实质是正气不足、邪气偏盛的病理状态;小柴胡汤往来寒热的症状当有汗出或其他散热方式;"但见一证便是"的一证当辨肝胆症状,而非脾胃症状。
