摘要

目的观察疏肝活血方治疗肝郁血瘀型轻中度抑郁症的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年7月北京中医药大学第三附属医院收治的轻中度抑郁症患者60例,将其根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。试验组给予疏肝活血方口服治疗,对照组给予盐酸氟西汀口服治疗,均连续治疗6周。对比2组总有效率及治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、中医证候积分,统计治疗期间2组发生的不良反应。结果治疗6周后2组总有效率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗2周后,试验组HAMD总分、睡眠障碍评分下降有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗4、6周后,2组HAMD总分、焦虑/躯体化、阻滞/迟缓、睡眠障碍评分下降均有统计学意义（P<0.05）,且治疗6周后试验组与对照组焦虑/躯体化、阻滞/迟缓、睡眠障碍评分比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗2、4、6周2组中医证候积分均较治疗前下降（P<0.05）;治疗4、6周试验组与对照组中医证候积分比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组有2例发生轻度胃部不适,改饭后服药后改善。结论疏肝活血方治疗肝郁血瘀型抑郁症与盐酸氟西汀疗效相当,但对患者情绪、睡眠、躯体化不适的改善作用优于盐酸氟西汀。
