摘要

目的探讨血清小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（sdLDL-C）、同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）与脑梗死中医证型的关系。方法选择2017年9月—2019年4月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的脑梗死患者233例,于入院次日清晨抽取空腹静脉血分离血清,用全自动生化分析仪检测血清sdLDL-C、Hcy水平;根据患者一般资料辨证分型。结果脑梗死常见中医证型有风痰瘀阻证、气虚血瘀证、痰热腑实证。不同证型的脑梗死患者血清sdLDL-C、Hcy水平比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。风火上扰组、风痰瘀阻组和痰热腑实组的sdLDL-C水平明显高于风痰火亢组、痰湿蒙神组和阴虚风动组（P<0.01）;痰热腑实组的sdLDL-C水平明显高于气虚血瘀组和风痰瘀阻组（P<0.01）;气虚血瘀组的sdLDL-C水平高于风痰火亢组和痰湿蒙神组（P<0.05）;气虚血瘀组和痰热腑实组的Hcy水平明显高于风痰火亢组和痰湿蒙神组（P<0.01）;痰热腑实组的Hcy水平明显高于风痰瘀阻组和阴虚风动组（P<0.01）;风火上扰组和风痰瘀阻组的Hcy水平高于风痰火亢组（P<0.05）。脑梗死中医证型与sdLDL-C、Hcy水平具有相关性（P<0.05）。结论不同证型脑梗死患者血清sdLDL-C、Hcy水平存在差异。
