摘要

目的观察加味滋培汤治疗脾胃阴虚型小儿厌食症效果,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法选择2017年10月—2019年1月作者所在医院收治的脾胃阴虚型厌食症患儿86例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组口服枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒,观察组给予加味滋培汤口服。2组疗程均为6周。对比2组总有效率,治疗前后检测2组血清瘦素、增食欲素及微量元素锌的水平。结果治疗后观察组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后2组血清瘦素、增食欲素及微量元素锌的水平与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后观察组血清瘦素、增食欲素及微量元素锌水平与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论加味滋培汤治疗脾胃阴虚型小儿厌食症效果明显,其可能通过抑制血清瘦素水平、提高增食欲素及微量元素锌水平发挥治疗作用。
