摘要

<,正,>,慢性萎缩性胃炎是指胃黏膜上皮遭受反复损害导致固有腺体减少,伴或不伴纤维替代、肠腺化生和（或）假幽门腺化生的一种慢性胃部疾病,[1],。慢性萎缩性胃炎可归属中医"胃痛""痞满"范畴。中医学辨证分型各家不一,大多认为血瘀证是该病发生发展的重要因素,[2],。温艳东主任师承于著名中医老年病专家周文泉教授,临证诊疗崇尚中医整体观念,中医辨证与西医辨病相结合。温主任治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎以活血化瘀为原则,以"失笑散"为基础方,随证选方加减,临床疗效显著。失笑散由蒲黄、五灵脂等比例组成,有活血祛瘀、散结止痛功效。现代研究,[3-4],认为,蒲黄、五灵脂共用对胃黏膜起抗炎、止痛、保护、修复的作用。现举验案如下。
