摘要

目的观察并探究益气活血解毒方联合蚕食法治疗Wagner分级3～5级糖尿病足伤口的临床效果。方法针对60例3～5级糖尿病患者采取回顾性分析,分为对照组与观察组,各30例,对照组采用传统内服药加依沙吖啶纱条或碘伏纱条换药,观察组内服益气活血解毒方,同时采用蚕食法在每次换敷料之前对患足清创。对2组患者临床疗效、理化检查等进行统计分析。结果治疗7、14 d时,治疗组患足溃疡面积、临床恢复效果、伤口愈合计分均显著优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论益气活血解毒方联合蚕食法治疗3～5级糖尿病足时,能够加速患足伤口愈合时间,同时改善症状,提高疗效。
