摘要

程海英教授是国医大师贺普仁教授的学术传承人,从医40年,擅长治疗带状疱疹。程教授认为本病多由肝经火毒蕴积而成,临床应分为急性期、恢复期及后遗症（后遗神经痛）期,急性期病机以肝经湿热火毒为主;恢复期及后遗症期以肝郁血瘀为主。程教授治疗带状疱疹,主张在分期的基础上多种针具、针法并用,包括放血疗法、毫针疗法、火针疗法、水针疗法等。其中急性期以放血疗法为主;恢复期以毫针刺法为主;后遗痛以火针疗法、水针疗法为主;毫针疗法是基础,贯穿整个治疗阶段。
