摘要

目的观察"外治经络内调脏腑"法治疗脾胃积热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法选择脾胃积热型痤疮患者96例,随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例,对照组予中药（自拟汤剂化瘀解毒散结饮）口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上,联合刺络拔罐每周1次,2组疗程均为8周。观察2组患者治疗前后痤疮严重程度分级、皮损评分及中医证候评分,并进行疗效评价;此外,治疗前后采用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪和SOFT 5.5皮肤性质测试仪进行定量分析。结果治疗组和对照组在治疗后4周的总有效率分别为62.50%和54.17%,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）,治疗后8周的总有效率分别为83.33%和70.83%,差异具统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后2组患者痤疮严重程度、皮损评分及中医证候评分与治疗前比较,差异均具统计学意义（P<0.05）;VISIA和SOFT 5.5分值与治疗前比较,差异均具统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后4周,2组以上指标比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后8周,2组患者痤疮严重程度、皮损评分、中医证候评分、VISIA分值和SOFT 5.5分值比较,差异均具统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者在治疗后,均未出现明显不良反应。结论 "外治经络内调脏腑"法能有效改善脾胃积热型痤疮患者临床症状,且临床疗效显著,安全性高。
