摘要

目的探讨消化性溃疡的内镜检出率与节气的关系。方法回顾性分析2014年1月1日—2018年12月31日作者所在医院行电子胃镜检查的患者资料9 659份,统计分析消化性溃疡内镜检出率与节气的关系。结果明确诊断消化性溃疡1 070例,男性患者十二指肠溃疡、胃溃疡、食管溃疡、贲门溃疡检出率高于女性（P<0.05）;十二指肠溃疡以立冬最多,共47例,占6.17%;胃溃疡仍以立冬最多,共24例,占7.36%;食管溃疡以寒露最多,共4例,占16.67%;贲门溃疡以春分、小雪最多,分别各3例,占16.67%。消化性溃疡的内镜检出率从春分至小满逐渐下降,再缓慢增长至大暑,秋分降至最低,再至立冬明显增长,持续到小寒,再至立春逐渐下降。结论消化性溃疡的内镜检出率与节气有关,冬季是胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡高发期。
