摘要

2012年,国家中医药管理局发布了52个优势病种的中医护理方案,在全国中医医疗机构推广、实施,用于指导中医临床护理工作的开展,发挥中医护理特色的优势。但在中医护理方案的实施过程中,部分问题凸显并亟待解决,如工作流程不统一、护理效果评价缺乏量化指标、后台数据统计工作量大等。为了解决上述问题,提高中医护理工作的准确性及效率,保证护理数据的完整,笔者所在医院通过中医护理方案结构化病历系统的开发和应用,逐步解决了护理操作与记录统一、标准化、可追溯等问题,为临床护理工作质量提升及中医护理方案的优化奠定了基础。
