摘要

目的探讨运用冰硝散外敷治疗肾病综合征下肢水肿的临床疗效。方法将32例肾病综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各16例。对照组采用常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上于每日申时至酉时（15:00～19:00）给予冰硝散外敷,隔日更换1次,治疗3次后比较2组患者双下肢腿围周径及水肿疗效指数,24 h尿蛋白定量及患者满意度。结果观察组水肿疗效总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的75.00%,2组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;观察组满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者干预后的双小腿周径比较,差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）;干预前后24 h尿蛋白定量无明显变化（P>0.05）,2组间差异亦无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论运用冰硝散外敷可明显减轻肾病综合征下肢水肿症状,有效率较高,对肾功能改善不明显。
