摘要

目的为系统研究养血安胎颗粒的化学成分,采用超高液相色谱串联高分辨质谱（UPLC-HR-MS/MS）法建立一种快速、准确识别中药复方主要化学成分的定性分析方法。方法通过UPLC-HR-MS/MS获取样品的精确相对分子质量以及高能碰撞下产生的碎片离子信息,与对照品的质谱信息进行比对,结合相关文献实现对主要化学成分的快速、准确定性。结果从养血安胎颗粒颗粒中共鉴定出18种化学成分,主要包括有机酸类、黄酮类、苷类、酯类和其他类。结论建立的方法可以快速、准确地对养血安胎颗粒中的主要成分进行识别,为养血安胎颗粒的有效化学成分化学谱探索提供前期基础。
