<,正,>,糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN）是糖尿病所致神经病变中最常见的一种,据文献报道,[,1]DPN患病率在30% ～90%。近年来在中西医结合治疗DPN中补气活血法报道较多。本文总结近年来益气活血法治疗DPN的研究进展,综述如下。1 中医理论研究庞国明教授在全国首先提出糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的中医病名为"消渴病痹症",归纳"麻、凉、痛、痿"乃其四大主症,提出"血瘀贯穿病程始
