李佩文教授认为肿瘤性发热的热型特点为午后发热、五心烦热、骨蒸潮热,以阴虚内热为主要病机,兼以气虚、血瘀、精亏之证。受"清骨散"启发,以清虚热、消骨蒸之法,拟清热消蒸汤,治疗肿瘤性发热。体现了中医治病求本、标本同治的特色。
