摘要

仝小林教授临床擅用经方桃核承气汤治疗流行性出血热（epidemic hemorrhagic fever,EHF）,其认为血瘀尿闭是膀胱蓄血证的核心病机;结合临床,提出逐瘀通下是EHF无尿期治疗的关键环节。仝教授运用桃核承气汤治疗EHF的3大辨治要点:①辨有无表证;②辨膀胱蓄血与类膀胱蓄水;③辨痛吐胀闭。治疗时紧扣"以通为用"的要点,剂量选择上常用桃仁30～60 g、生大黄30～60 g、芒硝15～30 g、加用厚朴30 g、枳实30 g等,促进胃肠动力,增强以通为用功效。
