鲍身涛教授认为湿疹的中医病机以肝脾失调为本,而以"湿""热""毒"为标。故治疗应重视疏理肝气、健运脾胃,同时兼顾清热、利湿、解毒等以祛除病邪,临床采用中药内服配合中医外治法,达到标本兼治的目的。
