徐旭英教授认为乳腺癌术后上肢淋巴水肿的病机为气血亏虚、水湿停聚、血络瘀阻、气机不畅。辨证时首辨阴阳,治法分内外。内治:阳证治法为利湿活血通络,阴证治法为益气温通,后期注意顾护脾肾;外治:溻渍法,以煎药后残渣兑适量温水浸泡患肢,直达病灶。内外合治,促进病情恢复。
