摘要

目的观察化痰调脂汤辅助治疗冠心病伴血脂异常患者临床疗效及对血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）和血脂指标的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月作者所在医院收治的冠心病伴血脂异常患者68例,用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各34例。2组均给予调脂、扩血管、抗血小板聚集、拮抗神经内分泌等冠心病基础用药,治疗组在此基础上加服化痰调脂汤,2组均治疗8周。对比2组疗效及治疗前后脂蛋白a、总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、Hcy、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及中医证候积分等。结果观察组心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效及中医证候疗效总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2组治疗后脂蛋白a、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C及Hcy水平均优于治疗前（P<0.05）,且观察组各指标水平均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论在西医治疗基础上联用化痰调脂汤能有效调节冠心病伴血脂异常患者的血脂水平及血清Hcy水平,提高临床疗效,值得临床借鉴。
