摘要

结合中医经典论述和现代临床,参考现代医学生理病理,考辨胰腺相关疾病的中医病名。拟将胰源性消化不良归属于中医"脾滞"范畴,将急性胰腺炎归属于中医"脾痹"范畴,将糖尿病分阶段归属于中医"脾瘅""消渴""消瘅"范畴,将胰腺癌分病位归属于"心积""脾积"范畴。滞者宜运,痹者宜通,瘅者宜清,积者宜消、宜宣、宜补,以此科学化和规范化中医病名,体现中医特色的胰腺疾病发展特点及演变趋势,概括其病因病机和中医治疗思路。
