摘要

为探讨胰腺癌中医药防治研究进展,笔者通过文献研究和临床调研,对胰腺癌防治中医药理论人用经验、临床研究（中药复方、围手术期、中药联合化学药物治疗、中药联合放射治疗、中药联合局部治疗、中药联合最佳支持治疗）,以及组份中药实验研究新进展进行了综述。发现中医药在延长患者生存期、提高生存质量、综合治疗增效减毒等方面存在优势,但复方中药治疗缺乏高级别循证医学证据支持,胰腺癌中药创新药物发现缺乏系统性方法。
