摘要

新型冠状病毒肺炎病因是感受"疫戾"之气,非寻常六淫,兼有湿邪或湿毒的特点,或夹寒、或夹热、或夹燥;核心病机是水液代谢异常和气机失常;病位主要在肺与脾。治疗应四诊合参,抓住主症和核心病机,辨证、辨症和辨病三者结合,从健脾化湿、理气化痰、温阳化饮等论治新型冠状病毒肺炎,使邪有出路,并借助现代医学的检测手段,中西医结合可以治愈绝大部分新型冠状病毒肺炎患者。
