摘要

肺肾相关理论源自《黄帝内经》,指肺肾二脏在生理、病理上关系密切,相互影响。通过将"肺藏象"和"肾藏象"联系起来,提出的"肺肾相关"整体论治思想,即肺肾母子相生,在呼吸、水液代谢、免疫防御等方面共同发挥作用,以此指导慢性肾炎的临床诊疗,在慢性肾炎治疗中,要清肺畅气以正本清源,益肺固表以安定本真,利肾祛浊以祛邪安正、补肾封藏以平秘阴阳。
