摘要

目的基于数据挖掘的方法分析针灸治疗腰扭伤的取穴规律。方法以腰扭伤、针刺、针灸、灸法、电针为主题词,检索1996年5月28日—2019年6月1日中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、万方数据库、维普网（VIP）数据库关于针灸治疗腰扭伤的所有文献,共1 854篇,运用SPSS 20.0、SPSS modeler 18.0软件对针灸治疗腰扭伤的取穴规律进行统计分析。结果针灸治疗腰扭伤腧穴使用频次从高到底依次为委中、肾俞、阿是穴、后溪、腰痛点、大肠俞、水沟、腰阳关等;经脉以膀胱经、经外奇穴、督脉为主;部位以腰背部及上肢取穴最多;特定穴以背俞穴、经外奇穴、合穴、下合穴最常用;关联分析显示相关性较高的穴位组合:肾俞-大肠俞、肾俞-大肠俞-委中、肾俞-大肠俞-阿是穴、肾俞-大肠俞-阿是-委中、后溪-合谷;对高频主穴进行聚类分析得到五个聚类群分别为肾俞-大肠俞、腰阳关-委中-阿是穴、腰痛点-水沟、后溪-合谷、夹脊穴-腰眼-承山。结论基于数据挖掘的方法系统分析了针灸治疗腰扭伤取穴规律,穴位以腰背部和四肢末端为主,符合临床治疗规律。
