摘要

目的观察芪地糖肾方对辅助治疗糖尿病肾脏病Ⅲ期患者肾脏保护效果。方法选择2017年8月—2019年2月就诊于北京中医药大学东直门医院及分院符合纳入标准的患者51例。随机双盲分为观察组25例、对照组26例。2组均给予基础治疗,观察组加服芪地糖肾方颗粒治疗,对照组加服安慰剂治疗,疗程均为3个月。对比2组疗效,比较2组治疗前后肾小球滤过率（eGFR）、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐比值（ACR）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、甘油三酯（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、空腹血糖（FBG）。结果观察组总有效率80%,对照组为30%,2组间差异有统计学意义（P=0.01）。结论芪地糖肾方辅助治疗糖尿病肾脏病Ⅲ期患者有保护肾脏作用。
