摘要

<正>高分化的神经胶质瘤多为恶性肿瘤,颅内快速发展的肿瘤根据其组织病理学特征可分为间变性胶质瘤和胶质母细胞瘤[1]。胶质母细胞瘤是成人脑部胶质瘤中恶性程度最高的原发性肿瘤,发病率约为5.26/10万[2],老年患者预后更差[3]。影响本病预后的主要因素为年龄及临床状态,65岁以上的患者平均生存率不超过半年[4]。术后需要联合放疗及化疗,单用替莫唑胺或联合其他药物并配合放疗可能提高胶母细胞瘤无进展生存期和总生存期[5]。1 病例介绍患者
