摘要

目前慢性肾脏病已成为我国重要的公共卫生问题,在临床实践中需要改进慢性肾脏病的防治,实施以人为本的诊断和管理计划。在诊疗过程中,应关注患者的健康相关生活质量,针对不同的症状进行辨证论治。关注认知障碍、虚弱综合征、肌少症等与健康相关生活质量密切相关的临床综合征的治疗,保护脏腑功能,祛除内生之邪,发挥中医药防治的优势,为患者提供更好的医疗服务体验,是未来努力的方向。
