摘要

新型冠状病毒肺炎属于中医学"疫"病范畴,病因为感受"疫戾"之气,尽管中医治疗已基本达成共识,"湿"性贯穿始终也得到普遍公认,但其核心病机和证型尚存争议。从致病特点似"湿"、证机百变非"湿"、古籍经典窥"湿"及似"湿"非"湿"之百家争鸣四个方面对新型冠状病毒肺炎的中医病机、证型进行初步探析,以期同道斧正。
