摘要

复杂性尿路感染是指尿路感染同时伴有泌尿生殖道的结构或功能异常,或合并有糖尿病、慢性肾衰竭等疾病,病情容易反复,抗生素耐药现象突出,患者生活质量低下,临床治疗棘手。张炳厚教授认为本病的病机为肾阴亏虚、心肾失交,心火下移小肠,下焦湿热,病性为本虚标实,治疗强调扶正祛邪,治法重视滋阴补肾、清心火、清下焦湿热。导赤通淋汤是张炳厚教授治疗复杂性尿路感染经验方,本文介绍了张炳厚教授导赤通淋汤理法方药以及笔者运用本方治疗复杂性尿路感染经验。
