摘要

清代宫廷医案是记录清代二百余年内帝后妃嫔、王公大臣等的原始诊疗档案,内容丰富。整理研究发现,在清代宫廷原始医药档案中从肝论治的应用颇为广泛,等级森严的宫廷之中,情志不遂、忧郁愤怒最为易见。中医认为肝主疏泄、调畅情志,从肝论治对情志因素诱发的各种疾病有着重要意义。本文对清宫医案中记载的从肝论治多系疾病的典型医案,加以整理并浅要分析。
