摘要

乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率居女性恶性肿瘤首位,严重危害女性的健康。王笑民教授在乳腺癌的诊断及治疗方面经验丰富,临床疗效显著。王教授认为乳腺癌的病机关键为"虚""毒",兼有"痰""瘀";责之脾虚、肝郁、肾亏为主,与冲任失调亦相关;辨证辨病结合,治疗上准确把握扶正与祛邪时机,擅用大剂量毒药、虫药攻解癌毒,重视情志与心神调理。
