摘要

目的采用队列研究的方法观察蒌慈散结方（LCSJ）防治三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）复发转移的疗效与安全性。方法选择2015年1月1日—2017年12月30日中日友好医院住院或门诊收治的手术后TNBC患者196例,根据是否服用蒌慈散结方分为LCSJ队列108例和西医（Non-LCSJ）队列88例,用倾向性评分匹配法均衡2队列基线,最终共有62对数据匹配成功,2队列各62例。统计2队列中位无病生存期及1、2、3年无病生存率;中位总生存期及1、2、3年总生存率;局部复发率、远处转移率。结果随访至2020年3月1日,中位随访时间46个月,2队列124例患者中45例（36.3%）出现了复发转移,其中LCSJ队列复发转移9例（14.5%）,Non-LCSJ队列复发转移36例（58.1%）,2组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。LCSJ队列1、2、3年无病生存率及总生存率优于Non-LCSJ队列（P<0.01）,局部复发率低于Non-LCSJ队列（P<0.01）,远处转移率低于Non-LCSJ队列（P<0.01）。LCSJ队列仅有3例患者出现轻微腹泻,无明显血常规及肝肾功能异常等不良事件。结论经过手术、放化疗等规范化治疗后,LCSJ能够明显延长三阴性乳腺癌患者的无病生存期,提高其无病生存率和总生存率,降低其局部复发率及远处转移率,且安全性良好。
