摘要

佘教授认为,中风病的病因主要包括积损体衰、情志失调、饮食不节、劳逸失度4类,中风病恢复期以本虚标实、上盛下虚为基本病机,临床中根据病因分为"阴虚阳亢,肝风内动""痰浊阻络、上扰清窍""气郁血瘀、经脉瘀阻""血虚内热、清窍失养""气虚血瘀、脉络瘀阻""阴阳两虚、痰瘀阻络"6个基本证型。辨证过程中,重视风、气、痰、瘀等病理因素,常用治法为"平肝息风""燥湿化痰""疏风顺气"清热养血""益气活血""化痰通络";标本兼顾,寒温并用,通补兼施,随证加减。
