摘要

糖尿病认知功能障碍归属于中医学"消瘅"或"消渴"合并"健忘""痴呆"等范畴,其病机包括从"虚损"到"痰瘀毒"的演变过程。"虚损"是糖尿病认知功能障碍的发病之本,气阴两虚为糖尿病出现各种并发症的关键阶段,在此"正虚"基础上化生的"痰瘀毒"损伤脑络发为认知障碍。临床以"虚损-痰瘀毒"为治疗靶点,提倡应用益气解毒法治疗糖尿病认知障碍。
